- Where your organisation sits across the key capability areas of AI maturity, from people and culture through to AI engineering, data and governance. With AEC-specific examples and insights, you’ll see how your organisation compares with the rest of the sector.
- Mapping one real AI opportunity end to end on a single-page canvas: the problem, the user, the solution, the KPIs and OKRs it needs to move, and the data, technical and compliance checks it has to pass.
- A prioritisation framework for ranking ideas, so your team can keep having the same conversation in the same language rather than starting from scratch each time.
- Live Q&A with both presenters.
Format: 90 minutes, part presentation and part hands-on working session.
