The Artificial Intelligence Forum of New Zealand (AIFNZ) sets out to raise awareness and the capabilities of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in New Zealand. The rapid development of AI technologies presents both major opportunities and challenges for our country. From creating world leading AI businesses, applying AI to industry and discussion on the broader implications for society, New Zealand needs to actively engage with AI in order to secure future prosperity.
Launched in 2017, the Forum is a membership association for those who have a shared passion for the opportunities AI can provide. The Forum connects AI technology innovators, investor groups, regulators, researchers, educators, entrepreneurs and interested public. It promotes opportunities raised by AI, supporting great local uses and emerging kiwi firms. The Forum also advances the ecosystem through advocacy, talent, collaboration, innovation and economic growth.
